چکیده

Current research paper describes highly specific and reproducible 1 order derivative spectroscopic method for quantitative analysis of Sitagliptin which is a DPP4 inhibitors Dapagliflozin SGLT2 from its synthetic mixture. Both drugs are Anti Diabetics class. Present analytical was developed on Shimadzu double beam spectrophotometer equipped with UV probe 2.42 as software using methyl alcohol solvent. Quantification carried out at zero cross over point that 275 nm Dapagliflozin, it achieved 232 Sitagliptin. Method shows linear response in the range 25-125 µg/mL 2.5-12.5 Dapagliflozin. found to be accurate recovery between 99.3 – 100.1 % 98.2 100.7 The validated per ICH Q2 R1 guidelines successfully applied mixture

Simultaneous Estimation of Ofloxacin and Ornidazole in Synthetic Mixture by Q- Analysis UV-Spectrophotometric Method

Ofloxacin and ornidazole in combination are available as tablet dosage forms in the ratio of 2:5. A simple, reproducible and efficient method for the simultaneous determination of ofloxacin and ornidazole in synthetic mixture was developed. The proposed method is based on the Q-analysis UV Spectrophotometric method. The absorbance maxima of ofloxacin and ornidazole were found to be 286.2 nm and...

Least-squares support vector machine and its application in the simultaneous quantitative spectrophotometric determination of pharmaceutical ternary mixture

This paper proposes the least-squares support vector machine (LS-SVM) as an intelligent method applied on absorption spectra for the simultaneous determination of paracetamol (PCT), caffeine (CAF) and ibuprofen (IB) in Novafen. The signal to noise ratio (S/N) increased. Also, In the LS - SVM model, Kernel parameter (σ2) and capacity factor (C) were optimized. Excellent prediction was shown usin...

First-order derivative UV spectrophotometric method for simultaneous measurement of delapril and manidipine in tablets.

A first-order derivative spectrophotometric (1D-UV) method was developed and validated for simultaneous determination of delapril (DEL) and manidipine (MAN) in tablets. The 1D-UV spectra were obtained using change lambda = 4.0 nm and wavelength set at 228 nm for DEL and 246 nm for MAN. The method was validated in accordance with the ICH requirements, involving the specificity, linearity, precis...
